Public Hearing to Consider Adoption of the FY 2019-2020 Budget
The Hidden Valley Lake Community Services District Board of Directors will present the 2019-2020 Budget for adoption at the regular board meeting held on June 18, 2019, at 7:00 pm. The meeting is to be held in the District's boardroom at 19400 Hartmann Road, Hidden Valley Lake, California.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Secretary to the Board of the Hidden Valley Lake Community Services District has called a hearing to set forth a resolution for adoption of the 2019-2020 fiscal year budget.
The Hidden Valley Lake Community Services District's Board of Directors will conduct a hearing on June 18, 2019, during the regular board meeting located at 19400 Hartmann Road, Hidden Valley Lake, California, for the possible adoption of the 2019-2020 fiscal year budget. The said meeting is scheduled at 7:00 pm. At that time and place, any interested person, including all persons owning property within the District, may appear and be heard to address the proposed 2019-2020 fiscal year budget

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Hidden Lake Valley Community Services District, 19400 Hartmann Road, Hidden Valley Lake, California until the hour of July 11, 2019, at 11 a.m. at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud in the conference room of the District office, for:

Specifications and Contract Documents can be obtained electronically for free or $35 per set if hard copies are desired. If mailing is desired an additional non-refundable cost of $45 per set will be required. Checks shall be made payable to “Coastland Civil Engineering”.
In accordance with California Civil Code Section 1771.4, the project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations.
In accordance with California Public Contract Code Section 3300, a valid Class A or C-33 California contractor’s license is required to bid as a prime contractor on the project.
The District reserves the right to postpone the date and time for the opening of proposals at any time prior to the date and time announced in the advertisement in accordance with applicable law.
The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any defects or irregularity in bidding in accordance with applicable law. In accordance with California Public Contract Code Section 20103.8, if the District elects to award a contract for performance of the project, the contract will be awarded in accordance with California Public Contract Code Section 20162 and other applicable law to the responsible bidder submitting a responsive bid with the lowest total bid price for the total base bid without consideration of the bid price for any additive or deductive items. The lowest responsive bidder and any listed subcontractors will be checked to ensure that they are clear from the Federal Procurement and Non-Procurement Program List. All bids will remain valid for 90 days after the bid opening. Except as permitted by law and subject to all applicable remedies, including forfeiture of bidder’s security, bidders may not withdraw their bid during the 90-day period after the bid opening.
