We are looking for a self-motivated and detail oriented Account Representative. This is a part-time temporary position Monday -Friday 10am to 2pm. Must be flexable to work additional hours when necessary.

The main areas of responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: accepting payments and interacting with members of the public, scanning, printing, answering phones and front desk administrative help.

Qualified candidates must have excellent communication and organizational skills, be computer proficient, and have experience with multi-line phones and general office procedures.

  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Who We Are

The Hidden Valley Lake Community Services District is an independent special district serving the Hidden Valley Lake Community in southern Lake County, California.  The District, which consists of 16 full-time employees, provides municipal water to over 2,500 homes and 5 distinct businesses, and sewer services to nearly 1,500 within its three-square-mile service area.
