Our field staff have been working hard to make this new functionality available to our customers.  You can sign up if your HVLCSD account starts with a 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20

Accounts beginning with 21  are currently being installed.

With the program EyeOnWater you can track your water usage and set up leak alerts, giving you the power to catch leaks before they cause damage.

How to sign up:

  1. Go to EyeOnWater.com/signup. Enter your billing zip code and account number.
  2. Create an account by entering a username and password
  3. Verify your email
  4. Login to EyeOnWater
