NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hidden Valley Lake Community Services District (“District”) will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at 6:00 P.M., in the District conference room, 19400 Hartmann Rd, Hidden Valley Lake, CA 95467. The meeting will consider the adoption of a resolution increasing the District’s water and sewer connection and capacity fees charged to new development within the District. Connection fees are based on actual material and staff costs. Capacity fees are based on adjustments to the Engineering News-Record Construction Cost Index.

The proposed fee revisions are as follows:

It is proposed, by resolution, to describe the methodology for calculating connection and capacity fees and that the fees include the estimated reasonable cost of proving water and wastewater facilities, and the benefit to the persons and properties being charged for these facilities. The method of allocation of these fees to a particular development bear a fair relationship, and are proportional, to each development’s burden on, and benefits from, the public facilities to be funded by such fees.

The District encourages interested parties to attend the public meeting and comment on the issue being discussed.
