PROPOSED ANNEXATION AND SPHERE OF INFLUENCE AMENDMENT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Governing Board of the Hidden Valley Lake Community Services District will hold a public hearing to initiate proceedings for the annexation and Sphere of Influence amendment for the Valley Oaks Development. At the hearing, any interested person, including persons owning property within the District, may appear and be heard as to the proposed proceedings for the annexation and Sphere of Influence amendment for the Valley Oaks Development.

Comments regarding this item may be submitted in writing before, during, or after the hearing.
