Under Resolution 2023-03 the following Water Shortage Contingency Plan has been adopted to prepare the HVLCSD for water shortage events, including during contaminated water supply situations, treatment and distribution failures, and during drought conditions. Under the Plan, the General Manager has the authority to implement the provisions mentioned in the Plan for the protection of public health, safety, and welfare as well as to ensure that the HVLCSD’s water supply remains available for human consumption, sanitation, and fire protection purposes.
Hidden Valley Lake Community Services District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Hidden Valley Lake Community Services District
